ARDENT SQUARE INTERNATIONAL DREAM

The “Ardent Square International Center” hereafter referred to as the “Project” is a corporate SPV form in November 2022, to be an adaptive development of property within the “City of Greensboro Downtown Reinvestment Corridor ” further referred to as the “Area.” The Project is considered a commercial center comprised of a Hotel, a Convention Center, Residential/Commercial ‐ Retail Mixed Use facilities, a building dedicated to International Banking, and a building devoted to International Trade. The development is structured for year round, 24/7 activities (see the attached Executive Overview). The convention, banking and international trade venues will be a major source of guests for the hotel primarily attracting clients/guests from around the United States and from around the world. The residential mixed use facility will accommodate the housing needs of local citizens and college students. The development will offer a business incubator for entrepreneurs to get a start in creating local jobs.
